Orders & Shipping
How long will my order take to ship?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard U.S. shipping typically takes 3–7 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, SpaRoom ships within the United States only.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because orders are processed quickly, please contact info@sparoom.com as soon as possible with your order number to request changes or cancellations.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unused and unopened products within 30 days of purchase. Please email info@sparoom.com for instructions.
What if my product arrives damaged or defective?
If your order arrives damaged or your diffuser is not working, contact us right away with your order number and photos so we can help resolve the issue.
Product Information
Are SpaRoom essential oils pure?
Yes. All of our essential oils are tested for purity and quality. They contain no fillers, parabens, or synthetic additives.
Can I apply essential oils directly to my skin?
Essential oils should always be diluted with a carrier oil before applying topically. Perform a patch test before full use and discontinue if irritation occurs.
Are SpaRoom products safe for children and pets?
Some essential oils and home fragrance products are not recommended for young children or pets. Always check individual product pages for safety guidance and consult your healthcare provider or veterinarian if you’re unsure.
Diffusers & Home Fragrance
What should I do if my essential oil diffuser is not misting or not working?
First, make sure the water is filled just below the MAX line — too much or too little water can prevent misting. Check that the unit is plugged into a working outlet (or correct USB adapter for portable diffusers). For more detailed diffuser troubleshooting, see our Troubleshooting Tips & Tricks page.
How do I clean my essential oil diffuser?
Empty the tank, wipe with a soft cloth, and clean with vinegar or a Klenzor tablet. For a deep clean, let the diffuser dry upside down for 24–48 hours. Regular cleaning helps prevent buildup and keeps your diffuser working properly.
Can I use tap water in my diffuser?
We recommend using distilled or filtered water for the best performance and to extend the life of your ultrasonic diffuser.
How long do SpaRoom candles and sprays last?
- Candles: Our 3-wick candles burn for approximately 30–35 hours.
- Room Sprays: Last several months depending on frequency of use.
