Directions

Directions for Use: Gently shake well before use. Pour one to two teaspoons (5-10ml) of Sparoom Pulling Oil into a small cup. DO NOT SWALLOW THE OIL. Gently swish the oil around your mouth for 2 minutes & gradually increase to 10, 15, 20 minutes over time.. Make sure to pull the oil between your teeth and around your gums. Spit out and rinse mouth with water, then brush your teeth to remove any residual oil. Use this product once a day for the best results. For the most effective teeth whitening, it is recommended to use consistently for at least 7-14 days.

Undiluted oil not intended for topical use. If pregnant, nursing, taking medications or allergic to ingredients, consult your doctor before use. Discontinue use or consult a doctor if adverse reactions occur. Results vary.

No known contraindications or safety concerns. Avoid using oxidized tea tree essential oil on the skin or via the oral route. Tea tree has an average shelf life of 1-3 years if stored properly.
