Directions

Bath Salt: Add 3 oz of bath salts under warm, running bath water. Fill bathtub at least half full and allow salt to fully dissolve. Soak for about 20 minutes while breathing deeply.

Inhaler: Simply place the inhaler stick below your nose and breathe in the invigorating vapor through each nostril; Keep it on your nightstand or in your purse to make it a regular part of your daily routine.

Roll-On: Apply a thin layer to pulse points, forehead, cheekbones, neck, upper chest, wrists, or soles of feet. Reapply as needed. Do not ingest.
