How to use

Directions for Use:
Gently shake well before use.

Pour one to two teaspoons (5-10ml) of Sparoom Pulling Oil into a small cup. DO NOT SWALLOW THE OIL.

Gently swish the oil around your mouth for 2 minutes & gradually increase to 10, 15, 20 minutes over time.

Make sure to pull the oil between your teeth and around your gums.

Spit out and rinse mouth with water, then brush your teeth to remove any residual oil.

Use this product once a day for the best results. For the most effective teeth whitening, it is recommended to use consistently for at least 7-14 days.
