Safety & Warnings

Essential oils should always be diluted with a carrier oil prior to applying them on your skin. We recommend 3-5 drops of essential oil per teaspoon of carrier oil. Although there are skin care benefits of essential oils, always test for skin sensitivity before extensive use.

When using essential oils, it’s best to follow the principle of “less is more”. Begin with the lowest recommended number of drops for any method of application and adjust according to your personal preference. This approach allows you to gauge the oil’s potency and avoid overwhelming your senses or experiencing any adverse reactions.

Not for internal use. Ingestion of the oil is toxic and can affect the central nervous, gastrointestinal, and respiratory systems. Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs with eyes, rinse thoroughly with water. May irritate skin. Always dilute in a carrier oil before topical application. Never apply directly to open wounds. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Avoid applying near the nostrils of infants due to risk of spasms due to the cooling effect on the respiratory system. Caution should be used when applying essential oil to children under the age of 5 (five) years old. Avoid diffusing in enclosed spaces that have no ventilation. Keep out of direct light and away from heat sources. If pregnant, nursing, taking medications or allergic to ingredients, consult your doctor before use.
